Diplomatic Carmen – 9.9.2004
Thematic parties are always popular. Vienna International, owner of several top hotels in the Czech Republic, chose “Carmen” as a theme. Although apart from the employees only a few wore costumes, the ambience in hotel Diplomat was pleasantly “hot”.

The network of Czech Centers abroad was originally culturally oriented, but now they have begun to combine business, culture, and the travel industry. Representatives of the sectors met in the Čzernín palace of the ministry of foreign affairs at a gala evening moderated by Marek Eben.

Run, baby, run – 19.9.2004
Another of the Prague International Marathon series – Mattoni Grand Prix – brought world champions to town, as well as many amateurs, to compete on 5 km (women) and 10 km (men) courses.
